Registered land surveyors in Fiji

Anyone can call themselves a surveyor. Only a Registered Surveyor may carry out a cadastral survey and sign the plan that defines your boundaries, which is why this list is the register and not our opinion.

Taken from the Fiji Institute of Surveyors register, read 25 August 2026. Check it yourself ↗. A further 15 registered surveyors work for the Lands Department, Fiji Roads Authority or the iTaukei Land Trust Board. They hold the qualification but do not take private commissions, so they are not listed here.

One pin per town. Several practices work out of the same place, so the pin lists them.

What a survey costs you, and when you need one. Buying land you have not walked, renewing a lease, or building anywhere near a boundary — those are the moments a plan matters. A survey is also the only way to know that the parcel on the title is the parcel on the ground, which is not always the same thing.

Not sure who to call?

Tell us what you need surveyed and we will point you at someone who does that kind of work in that part of Fiji.
