Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation terms are set by the operator running your experience, so they vary between listings.

Check before you book

Each listing shows its cancellation terms on the detail page, under the booking panel. If free cancellation applies, it is stated there along with the cut-off.

Weather

Boat trips and island days depend on conditions. If an operator cancels for weather they will normally offer a reschedule or a refund — this is common in Fiji during the wetter months and is not treated as a customer cancellation.

How to request a change

Have your booking reference ready and open a support ticket, or email [email protected]. Tell us the reference, the new date you want, and we will talk to the operator for you.
