How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You will see a confirmation page immediately after paying, showing your booking reference and full details.
Keep your receipt
On that page there is a Download receipt button. It opens a printable receipt you can save as a PDF — useful for expense claims, travel insurance, or simply showing the operator on the day. The link keeps working afterwards, and you do not need an account to use it.
Booking status
A booking shows as Processing until the operator confirms and payment settles, then moves to Paid or Completed. Processing is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
On the day
Bring your booking reference and arrive at the stated meeting point a little early — boats leave on time. If you cannot find your operator, raise a ticket or call us on +(64) 07 2424 411.
